• Outer materials, filling, and construction details;

• Items and quantities included in the package;
• Care, washing, drying, and storage instructions;
• Stated protection features for protective covers; and
• Any product-specific notices or limitations.

Colors and Appearance

Product colors may appear differently depending on screen calibration, brightness, device settings, lighting, and photography. Product images are intended to provide a helpful visual representation, but an exact color match cannot be guaranteed.

Dimensions and Included Items

Size labels such as standard, queen, and king may vary between products or manufacturers. Customers should compare the exact measurements shown on the product page with their mattress, pillow, duvet insert, or other intended item.

Decorative items, furniture, bedding layers, and other props shown in lifestyle photographs are not included unless they are specifically identified in the product description or included-components section.

Protective Cover Features

A product should not be assumed to be waterproof, water-resistant, stain-resistant, allergen-resistant, or suitable for a specialized purpose unless that feature is expressly stated on the applicable product page.

Corrections and Availability

Although we review product information, occasional typographical, pricing, availability, or technical errors may occur. To the extent permitted by law, we reserve the right to:

Prices may change without advance notice, but a price change will not ordinarily affect an order we have already accepted, except where correction is required for an obvious error or by law.

Discount Codes and Promotions

Promotional offers may have separate eligibility requirements, expiration dates, product exclusions, minimum purchase amounts, or quantity limits. Unless expressly stated otherwise:

• Discount codes cannot be exchanged for cash;

An order may be reviewed for product availability, payment authorization, address accuracy, purchase limits, and fraud prevention. We may contact you if additional information is reasonably required to process the order.

We may refuse or cancel an order for legitimate reasons, including:

• A product being unavailable;
• A material pricing or product listing error;
• Payment authorization failure;
• Suspected fraud, unauthorized activity, or identity misuse;
• An incomplete, invalid, or undeliverable shipping address;
• Violation of product quantity or purchase limits;

If an order is canceled after payment has been collected, the applicable amount will be returned to the original payment method. Your bank or payment provider may require additional time to display the refund.

You agree to pay the product price, applicable taxes, shipping charges, and any other amount clearly disclosed during checkout.

Payments are processed through third-party payment providers. By submitting payment details, you represent that you are authorized to use the selected payment method and authorize the applicable charges associated with your order.

Sormag Store generally does not store complete payment card numbers or card security codes on its own servers. Payment providers may retain or tokenize payment information according to their own terms, privacy policies, and security practices.

A temporary authorization or pending charge may appear before an order is shipped. If an order is canceled, the time required to release an authorization or post a refund depends partly on the payment provider or financial institution.

7. Shipping and Delivery

Available delivery methods, estimated shipping times, and shipping charges are displayed on the website or during checkout. Delivery estimates are based on available information and are not guaranteed arrival dates unless expressly stated as guaranteed.

Shipping or delivery may be affected by:

You are responsible for reviewing the recipient name, street address, apartment or unit number, city, state, ZIP Code, and contact information before submitting the order.

Contact us as soon as possible if an address correction is needed. We cannot guarantee changes after an order enters processing or is transferred to a shipping provider.

Delivery Concerns

If tracking shows a package as delivered but you cannot locate it, or if an order arrives damaged or incomplete, contact us promptly with the order number and relevant details. We may request photographs, packaging information, delivery confirmation, or other reasonable documentation to investigate the issue.

8. Order Changes and Cancellations

Order changes and cancellations are not guaranteed after submission because processing may begin quickly. To request a change or cancellation, contact support@sormagstore.com as soon as possible and include your order number.

If the order has already been processed, packed, or shipped, it may need to be handled under our Return & Refund Policy instead. Refusing delivery does not automatically guarantee a refund and may result in shipping or return costs where permitted and disclosed.

If Sormag Store cancels an order that has already been paid, we will refund the applicable amount to the original payment method.

9. Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds

Return eligibility, timeframes, product-condition requirements, exclusions, return instructions, shipping responsibilities, and refund processing are governed by our Return & Refund Policy.

Customers should review that policy before placing an order. Returned products may be required to be unused, clean, undamaged, and accompanied by the original packaging or product components, as specified in the Return & Refund Policy.

We may decline a return that does not satisfy the published eligibility requirements, except where acceptance is required by applicable law. If a product arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or materially different from its listing, contact us promptly so we can review the issue.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits any non-waivable consumer rights available under applicable law.

10. Product Care and Responsible Use

Protective covers provide only the features expressly stated in their product descriptions. They should not be relied upon for medical, safety, or specialized protective purposes unless the product is specifically represented and documented for that use.

Keep plastic bags, packaging materials, and removable product components away from infants and children where they may present a hazard.
